Dear Sir & Madam,Penang HQ is really a meaningful place for me in my scouting life...i start my PKK,PM,PR,Pengakap Kelana..Pen.Pemimpin till ADC.. all from this wonderful place..few days ago i walked in to Penang Scout Shop..and have a impression that its a really a friendly place where Scouting its a Big Family..i am asking a respected Lady.."i am scout From KL"but the answer to me is"This is Penang not KL",i said again ,i am looking for "Mr Toh",she said "we don't have this person, i am busy right now"did not look at me at all...sound really very bad for a person are looking for help..(Menolong Orang Pada Setiap Masa)where this Persetiaan Pengakap apply?i really hope that this would not going to happen again to our Brothers & Sisters who new in scouting.
